your first visit to the practice

your first visit to the practice

Everything you need to know

The first visit to a new practice is always exciting and sometimes stressful with children. Therefore, here is some information that could be important for you to arrive at the practice more relaxed.

private prescription from the doctor

- Please find out BEFORE your visit whether your health insurance will cover the costs and whether you need a private prescription from your doctor/pediatrician. In order for the health insurance to cover the costs, the prescription must be issued before the treatment.

Do you need to bring anything

- Please bring a large towel and a mouth and nose covering, possibly a blanket to cover yourself with.

- If your child is being treated, please bring their favorite toy or blanket. And something to quench their thirst if necessary. Treatment is simply boring for children, so distraction is the best medicine.

-If you have a private prescription, please bring it with you.

After the appointment

- Since many patients get tired after the treatment, I recommend not planning any major exertion afterwards. Drinking plenty of fluids is also important.

The strollers

- You are welcome to come with your stroller, but it must be parked in the hallway of the building in front of the practice. There is simply not enough space. However, to prevent your precious item from being stolen, there is a stroller parking area with a lock. Please simply take out anything valuable. (Nothing has ever gone missing so far, even without locking it, and I hope it stays that way. - But as we all know, it is better to be safe than sorry ;-)

pay

- After the invoice has been issued, you can conveniently transfer the amount from home.

The bureaucracy

Before we can welcome you to the practice, we need your contact and health information. This will be requested directly when you book your appointment online. You will also need to agree to our terms and conditions and data protection regulations.
